My Personal Color ("the App") handles your personal information as follows.

1. Information Collected

  • Pixel data of the face photo taken or selected from the gallery (discarded immediately after analysis).
  • Analysis results (season, sub-tone, scores, undertone/lightness/saturation/contrast metrics) — stored on your device only.
  • Timestamp of saved results.

2. Face Data Handling

Face data collected: averaged RGB pixel values sampled from face regions (forehead, both cheeks, chin) and hair regions of the photo you take or pick from the gallery. The App does NOT perform facial recognition, identification, tracking, or biometric identifier generation. It is unrelated to Apple Face ID.

Purpose of use: Solely for personal color analysis (4 seasons × 4 sub-tones = 16 types). Not used for any other purpose.

Third-party sharing: Face data is NOT shared with any third party. Not sent to Apple, Google, ad networks, analytics services, or any external system.

Storage location: Face data is NOT stored anywhere. Photos are removed from memory immediately after analysis. Nothing is saved to device storage or external servers.

Retention period: 0 seconds. Removed from memory as soon as analysis completes (typically within 1-2 seconds). Only the analysis results (16-type label, scores, tone metrics) are persisted on the user's device. Original photos and pixel data are not retained in any form.

3. External Transmission

The App does NOT transmit raw photos or pixel data to any external server.

All color analysis runs entirely on your device (CPU). No network communication takes place.

4. Information Stored

Only diagnosis results (season, sub-tone, scores, tone metrics) are stored in on-device storage (iOS Keychain / Android Shared Preferences). Other apps and users cannot access them.

Original photos are not stored in any form.

5. User Rights

  • Saved results can be deleted any time using the "Delete" buttons on the Home screen.
  • Uninstalling the app removes all stored data.

6. Permissions

  • Camera: For taking the face photo (discarded after analysis).
  • Photo library: Only accessed when you pick a photo from the gallery.

My Personal Color (이하 "본 앱") 는 사용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

  • 촬영 또는 갤러리에서 선택한 얼굴 사진의 픽셀 데이터 (분석 직후 즉시 폐기)
  • 분석 결과 (계절·서브톤·점수·언더톤·명도·채도·대비 지표) — 사용자 기기에만 저장
  • 저장된 결과의 생성 시각

2. 얼굴 데이터 처리

수집하는 얼굴 데이터: 사용자가 촬영하거나 갤러리에서 선택한 사진에서 얼굴 영역(이마·양 볼·턱)과 머리 영역의 픽셀 RGB 값을 샘플링한 수치입니다. 얼굴 인식·식별·추적·생체 정보 생성은 일절 수행하지 않으며, Apple Face ID 기능과는 무관합니다.

사용 목적: 오직 사용자의 퍼스널 컬러(4계절 × 4서브톤 = 16타입) 진단을 위해서만 사용됩니다. 다른 어떠한 목적으로도 사용되지 않습니다.

제3자 공유 여부: 얼굴 데이터는 어떠한 제3자와도 공유되지 않습니다. Apple, Google, 광고 네트워크, 분석 도구 등 외부 서비스로 전송되지 않습니다.

저장 위치: 얼굴 데이터는 어디에도 저장되지 않습니다. 사진은 분석이 완료되는 즉시 메모리에서 제거되며, 사용자 기기 저장소 또는 외부 서버에 보관되지 않습니다.

보유 기간: 0초. 분석 처리(보통 1~2초) 가 끝나면 즉시 메모리에서 제거됩니다. 영구 저장되는 것은 분석 결과(16타입 라벨·점수·톤 지표) 뿐이며, 원본 사진과 픽셀 데이터는 어떠한 형태로도 보관되지 않습니다.

3. 외부 전송 여부

본 앱은 사진 원본 또는 픽셀 데이터를 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

모든 색 분석은 사용자의 기기 내부 (CPU) 에서만 실행되며, 네트워크 통신은 전혀 발생하지 않습니다.

4. 저장되는 정보

진단 결과 (계절, 서브톤, 점수, 톤 지표) 만 기기 내부 저장소 (iOS Keychain / Android Shared Preferences) 에 저장되며, 다른 앱이나 사용자가 접근할 수 없습니다.

원본 사진은 어떠한 형태로도 저장되지 않습니다.

5. 사용자 권리

  • 저장된 결과는 홈 화면의 "삭제" 버튼으로 언제든 제거할 수 있습니다.
  • 앱을 삭제하면 모든 저장 데이터가 함께 제거됩니다.

6. 권한

  • 카메라: 얼굴 사진 촬영 (분석 직후 폐기)
  • 사진 라이브러리: 갤러리에서 사진 선택 시에만 접근
